A favourite in the local New Zealand market, we have produced this sparkling wine since 1989, and it was included in Michael Cooper’s book 100 Must-Try New Zealand Wines.Made in the traditional method from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It is aged on its lees for three years before being disgorged to develop delicious biscuity toasty flavours.
